Job summary

Amplimark LLC. in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead planning and execution of digital campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and content development.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop concepts, messaging, and visuals, analyze performance using Google Analytics and GTM, and optimize channels to improve brand presence and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Local candidate able to work in our office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Copywriting, graphic design and social media skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategist and digital media marketing expert for agency clients.
• Manage development, delivery and execution of digital marketing efforts (social, SEO, SEM, email, content).
• Direct activities for specific accounts on an ongoing basis.
• Act as main client contact for marketing needs.
• Organize and prioritize projects with cross-functional teams for social media, SEO, SEM, email, and content creation.
• Recommend and implement new ideas to improve channels and performance.
• Help with branding efforts and realign them with marketing.
• Provide insights and analysis on campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, GTM, and Search Console.
• Develop performance metrics to quantify marketing impact.
• Collaborate with internal staff to maximize marketing efforts and brand voice.
