You will mine diverse data sources, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership while building dashboards that drive business decisions. The role emphasizes collaboration, influence, and data-driven storytelling across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in category management, data analysis, consumer insights or related.
• Experience in Retail Grocery Category Management.
• Extensive experience synthesizing large data sets from multiple sources.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Mine data from internal and external sources to derive meaningful insights.
• Review data, identify critical information, and develop hypotheses for recommendations.
• Combine analytical expertise with research to deliver actionable business insights.
• Communicate and influence to keep consumer insights at the core of decisions.
• Develop deep business understanding to create meaningful dashboards and insights.
