• Prepare detailed take‑offs and cost analyses for labor, materials, and subcontract work.
• Build and submit proposals including budgeting, scheduling, and pricing strategies.
• Manage subcontractor bids and evaluate responses for competitive pricing.
• Conduct subcontractor leveling and scope comparisons to support accurate buys.
• Perform project buy‑out and contracting after award.
