Qualifications

• High School Diploma with seven years of experience in high-volume collection/recovery.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, bankruptcy regulations, and state collection laws.
• Experience managing OPO/OREO and recoveries; forecasting loan losses.
• Experience with third-party vendors and complex recovery workflows.
• Proficient in Tableau reporting and recovery software.

Responsibilities

• Manage OPO/OREO and recoveries, track values, and balance reports to GL.
• Document recovery activities, collateral location and condition.
• Coordinate with attorneys, collection agencies, and vendors.
• Negotiate settlements with delinquent members per procedures.
• Ensure proper coding for credit reporting and regulatory compliance.
