Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of data analytics experience in financial services, loans, or collections.
• Experience with collections systems, loan management platforms, or CRM tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate data for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze collections performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Develop and refine collection strategies through data-driven analysis.
• Create KPIs and dashboards for executive reporting and forecasting.
