Resource Innovations (RI) is seeking a Client Success Manager (Compliance) in Boston, MA. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, leading compliance reviews, analyzing data for trends, and guiding improvement opportunities for program success.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management or related client-facing roles.
Experience analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Experience delivering presentations to clients and leadership teams.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivering projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives and ensure objectives are achieved.
Review dashboards, program data, and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and manage project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders.
Present compliance reviews, findings, and recommendations to clients and cross-functional teams.
Analyze program performance to recommend process improvements and enhance customer experience.
Balance multiple client priorities and facilitate collaboration across teams and partners.
Perform other duties as assigned.
