Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Client Success Manager (Compliance) in Boston, MA to strengthen client relationships and lead compliance-focused program reviews. You will analyze data to identify trends, manage project deliverables, and present actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in client-facing roles, dashboard analysis (Power BI preferred), and a passion for sustainability and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, account or project/program management or related client-facing roles.
• Experience managing project plans, deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing business or program data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Experience presenting to clients, leadership, and large stakeholder groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong client service.
• Strong interest in sustainability and environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives and objectives.
• Reviews dashboards, program data, and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develops and manages project plans, tracks deliverables, coordinates stakeholders.
• Presents compliance reviews and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Analyzes performance data to recommend process improvements for customer experience.
• Balances priorities and drives collaboration across internal teams and partners.
