Job summary

Resource Innovations in Boston, MA seeks a Client Success Manager (Compliance) to build strong client relationships, lead compliance reviews, and analyze data to identify trends and risks. You will manage project deliverables and present actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes coordinating across teams, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service while supporting sustainability and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, account management, project/program management, consulting, or similar role.
• Experience managing project plans, deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across initiatives.
• Experience analyzing business, operations, compliance, or program data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Experience delivering presentations to clients, leadership teams, and large stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering exceptional client service.
• Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives, building trusted partnerships and ensuring client objectives are met.
• Review dashboards, program data, and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders to complete items on schedule.
• Present compliance reviews, findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze program performance data and compliance findings to suggest process improvements that enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Balance multiple client priorities and foster collaboration across internal and external teams for successful outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
