Job summary

J&L Marketing, Louisville, KY, is seeking a Production Specialist to support direct mail and marketing campaigns from data preparation through final production. You will handle data processing, campaign composing, QA, and production file prep, while leading assigned initiatives with the Production Manager.

You will work with detailed customer data, learn technical production processes, and manage multiple campaigns at different stages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with data, creative materials, and production files.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
• Organized with time management to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data and campaign processing to ensure files are complete and accurate.
• Compose personalized campaigns using templates and data.
• Prepare variable-data production files and manage assets in production files.
• Build and maintain multiple campaign versions for audience requirements.
• Verify file setup, dimensions, bleeds, and print-production requirements.
• Package production files for printer submission and track project progress.
