Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with at least 6 months of related experience.
CBAP, CCBA or AAC certification preferred.
Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Understand and document project objectives and business needs the system must meet.
Analyze business processes to identify improvement or automation opportunities.
Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate stakeholders’ needs.
Collaborate with project managers to determine project scope and vision.
Conduct data analysis to support decision making and process improvement.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure requirements are met.
Provide training and write user manuals as needed.
Document requirements and align systems with overall business strategy.
