You will conduct system audits, analyze data for scalability and efficiency, and evaluate emerging technologies to elevate IT capabilities, including disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of related experience.
• Excellent data analysis and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software applications.
• SQL scripting ability and understanding of SDLC.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document project objectives and business needs.
• Analyze systems and processes for improvements or automation.
• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope and vision.
• Conduct data analysis to support decisions and process improvement.
