Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a data-driven IT business analyst to join our finance operations team in Chicago.

You will translate billing, revenue recognition, and order-to-cash needs into clear requirements, support ERP financial modules, and coordinate with technical teams and vendors to implement system-enabled solutions. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 2+ years in IT business analysis, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with ASC 606.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years IT business analysis experience or equivalent supporting enterprise applications and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate order-to-cash and record-to-report needs into clear requirements, documentation, data needs, and system-enabled solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, and release activities for ERP financial modules and related systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to address issues and drive process improvements.
