Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 6 months related experience.
• Certifications CBAP, CCBA, or AAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports.
• Understand and document business objectives and project scope.
• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of stakeholders; collaborate with PMs to determine project vision.
• Develop and execute test plans; provide training and user manuals as needed.
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives aligning with business strategies.
