Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Business Analyst in Miami, FL for a contract-to-hire role. The position focuses on translating business requirements into robust SQL-based datasets and BI reports, using SAP BusinessObjects and Power BI, with a hybrid work arrangement including remote Fridays.

You will gather requirements, develop financial and operational reports, and partner with stakeholders and technology teams to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in analytics practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT/BI or database management with data analysis.
• Experience creating end-user reports and BI dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills on Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with SAP BO WebI and IDT.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine business requirements for reporting, analytics, BI projects.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based datasets and reports.
• Create BI solutions using SAP BO and Power BI.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Audit data for accuracy and quality.
