Job summary

Global Connections to Employment (GCE) seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into strategic insights. You will gather, scrub, analyze, and report data, shaping cost and performance improvements and presenting clear recommendations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, and strong SQL, Power BI, and Excel skills. Hybrid work is available for candidates in the Pensacola area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, including writing queries and procedures.
• Proficiency with Power BI analysis tools.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Accounting knowledge and financial acumen related to budgets and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, scrub, analyze, and report data to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical and data-driven solutions and present findings clearly.
• Develop validated reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations.
