Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/Analytics/CS.
• 5+ years in BI, reporting, data analytics, or production operations.
• Experience validating report calculations and data relationships.
• Hands-on SQL experience for investigation and validation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first line of support for reporting incidents, data questions, and access issues.
• Monitor reporting operations to identify failures or service disruptions.
• Validate scheduled report execution and coordinate recovery activities.
• Use Databricks SQL to investigate data anomalies and validate transformations.
• Document findings and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support Power BI reports, dashboards, and production issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with control procedures and support audits.
