You will collect, clean, and analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities, translating requirements into practical reporting solutions.

This full-time hybrid role in Silver Spring, MD involves collaborating with stakeholders and the firm’s IT team, ensuring data accuracy, security, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency with Power BI data visualization and modeling.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow customization and Power Apps for data collection.
• Strong Excel data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of databases, data structures, and data workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Extract and integrate data from systems, databases, APIs, and linked sources.
• Convert analysis results into actionable recommendations for users and leadership.
• Develop tools and workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to automate data processing.
• Improve reporting assets, dashboards, systems, and processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure data capture is accurate and compliant with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in risk, change, and configuration management.
• Maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Act as technical lead and liaison with the firm’s managed IT provider.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to support initiatives.
