Qualifications

• Understanding of statistics, benefits, payroll accounting and related laws.
• Ability to analyze plan data and costs to support decision making.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling employee information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processes and system updates for timely payrolls.
• Process benefit deductions and contributions to vendors for each pay cycle.
• Analyze claims, costs and data; prepare management reports and suggest improvements.
• Test and validate nondiscrimination and testing data for benefit plans.
• Implement and update benefit changes, including HIPAA compliance.
