Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst to promote high-quality benefits programs and support payroll processes nationwide. The role works with benefits, HR, and third-party administrators to ensure plans run smoothly and cost efficiency is achieved.

Responsibilities include data analysis, testing, budgeting, and coordinating surveys while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA. Background checks and authorized employment in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and payroll/accounting related to benefits.
• Experience communicating plan details to participants and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data to support cost reductions and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute payroll processes including system updates for timely payroll completion.
• Submit benefit and payroll deductions to vendors for each pay cycle.
• Track and analyze claims, fees, costs, and data; prepare management reports with insights for decision making.
• Perform nondiscrimination and coverage testing and premium calculations.
• Implement approved benefit changes and HIPAA requirements.
• Coordinate benefits surveys and benchmarks against national/industry standards.
• Provide analysis for mergers, acquisitions and plan integrations; support integration efforts.
• Support HR teams on benefits design, funding and premium building.
• Prepare monthly benefits budget variance reports for management.
• Assist renewals, contract reviews and changes in plan design.
• Maintain systems knowledge for tracking, reporting and plan design implications.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
