Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services seeks an Asset Management Coordinator in Belmont, CA. You will be the right hand to the Asset Manager, translating property operations into ownership-level insights and decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily property management, with RealPage or Yardi required and YieldStar strongly preferred. You will analyze performance, manage pricing trends, and coordinate capital projects across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience with RealPage or Yardi is required.
• Experience with YieldStar is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of apartment operations, leasing, revenue management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze property performance and prepare operational reports.
• Run reports and interpret data using property management software.
• Assist with revenue management by reviewing pricing, renewals, occupancy, and leasing trends.
• Audit online marketing for pricing and property information across platforms.
• Coordinate with onsite teams on capital projects and initiatives.
• Review vendor bids and renovation pricing.
• Assist with unit renovations including ordering materials.
• Track capital improvement projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate with regional managers, property managers, and vendors.
• Prepare meeting materials and portfolio reporting.
• Identify operational issues and offer solutions.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Travel – occasional travel to properties (few days per month).
