Clear Capital is seeking a Business Analyst to provide analytical, process optimization, and project management support within the CX Operations Group. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions, delivering actionable insights and transparent reporting to stakeholders.

You will lead requirements, define scope, validate solutions, and build dashboards to enable data-driven decisions while collaborating with CX, finance, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in junior/analyst roles with reporting and data work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Adaptable with change and autonomous work style.
• Experience building dashboards or reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Define project scope and objectives to align with strategy.
• Validate solutions with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Provide analytical support for performance improvement initiatives.
• Weekly reporting on performance, financials and escalations.
• Create dashboards/reports using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and QuickSight.
• Communicate analysis and recommendations to CX leadership.
