Job summary

BKM Capital Partners is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology across Finance, Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Operations. This in-office role focuses on data architecture, automation, and analytics to improve reporting and decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings strong SQL, Tableau, Snowflake expertise, plus experience in data modeling and BI development. Collaboration with leaders will drive process improvements and scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• 4–7+ years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, data analytics, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and technology teams to translate needs into technical requirements (data, automation, analytics).
• Design dashboards and BI solutions to translate data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data models in Snowflake and related environments.
• Partner with departments to identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve reporting.
