Job summary

Aplaro Ltd is seeking a data- and operations-focused professional to design, optimize and execute tools and processes for business operations and development. You will coordinate with multiple functions and leads, handling internal and external communications with partners and vendors on compliance and trading operations.

You will conduct research to evaluate new business opportunities and build dashboards, predictive models, and other tools to inform data-driven business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficient at data mining, extraction and organization of raw format data from various sources.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data-visualization tools is helpful.
• Proficient in Python coding, especially scripting and automation.
• Comfort with algorithmic design in C++ or willingness to learn.
• Detail oriented and able to identify key factors for future improvements.
• Results driven and able to drive tasks to completion.
• Ability to multitask and iterate quickly without dropping other responsibilities.
• Strong analytical ability to understand issues long-term.
• Good self-awareness and interpersonal communication improvements.
