Job summary

Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with Capital Markets expertise to translate complex financial data into actionable requirements.

You will collaborate with QTS application teams on the Aperture platform, capture use cases, document specifications, and align them with business goals. The role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with SQL, Tableau, or Python, and the ability to work with stakeholders across platform engineering and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex projects.
• Strong data analysis skills and domain knowledge in Financial Services/ Capital Markets.
• Experience with requirements management and multi-methodology delivery (Waterfall/Agile).
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, or Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage and partner with QTS application teams moving onto the Aperture platform to understand analytical use-cases and confirm product fit.
• Lead information gathering sessions, document requirements and business use cases, and map to feasibility and technical needs.
• Coordinate with platform engineering teams to clarify data requirements and integration points.
• Validate requirements with senior stakeholders through reviews and walkthroughs and negotiate solutions where needed.
• Analyze incoming data sets to define sourcing solutions, data transformations, and compliance considerations.
