Job summary

Academies of Math and Science in Peoria, AZ seeks a passionate 4th Grade English Language Arts Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year, starting ASAP on-site at 7785 West Peoria Avenue. You will deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction and build literacy and critical thinking skills within a collaborative, data-driven team.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Education or a relevant field or AZ teaching certification, with 3+ years of K-12 teaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or education.
• AZ teaching certificate in the relevant subject area.
• Minimum of three years of K–12 teaching experience.
• SEI endorsement or 45 hours SEI training preferred but not required.
• Commitment to Title I and multilingual communities.
• Strong data-driven instructional mindset and classroom management.
