AMS is seeking a data-driven 3rd grade Math and Science Teacher to deliver standards-aligned instruction and build foundational literacy and numeracy. Location is Glendale, AZ with a start ASAP. The role emphasizes data-driven planning, PBIS, and collaboration with grade-level teams.

Compensation range is $48,331.25–$54,571.89, with benefits including health insurance, retirement, and professional growth opportunities. Candidates must meet AZ teaching requirements or have equivalent experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Arizona teaching certification or 3+ years K-12 teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management skills required.
• Background checks and IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Commitment to Title I and multilingual communities; data-driven instructional mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using AMS curriculum frameworks.
• Differentiate instruction for students at different grade levels.
• Use formative and summative data to plan and intervene.
• Build foundational reading, writing, and math skills.
• Establish a structured, positive classroom culture with high expectations.
• Implement PBIS and preventative interventions.
• Collaborate in PLCs and with instructional leaders to improve practice.
• Engage families through conferences and regular communication.
