Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst who digs deeper than dashboards to reveal the heartbeat of our operations and marketing.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Brand Marketing to turn data into actionable insights across inventory, CS performance, and brand strategy. Proficiency with ERP data (Odoo), ticketing platforms (Zendesk/Gorgias), SQL, Python, and Sigma dashboards will be essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience in DTC e-commerce.
• Fluency with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central data schemas.
• Experience with Snowflake and building dashboards in Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Supply Chain analytics: forecast depletion and PO timing.
• Brand Strategy & Marketing analytics: assess promotions and launches.
• Customer Service analytics: track CS metrics and CSAT across platforms.
• Data transformation: prep data with KNIME/dbt/Python and build dashboards in Sigma.
