Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data Delivery Owner to lead the development and implementation of clients’ data products and data transformation initiatives. This role combines program leadership with deep data analytics expertise and hands-on delivery using Agile frameworks.

You will manage large transformation programs, collaborate with solution architects, and drive data-driven decisions, ROI, and measurable client value while mentoring high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of data products and data transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions for executives.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and architecture (data lakes/warehouses, ETL/ELT, APIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and data transformation programs, including scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Act as primary solution and delivery owner balancing business needs with technical feasibility and architecture standards.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating capabilities into business value and managing expectations.
