Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
- 1+ years of cross-team experience with strong problem-solving and communication
- SQL and Databricks proficiency; Python a plus
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments and evolving priorities
- Proven collaboration and leadership in teams
- Experience in data engineering, data intelligence, analytics, or data modeling
Responsibilities
- Ingest, transfer, and structure client data within a secure platform
- Build and maintain data pipelines and data models for advanced analytics
- Collaborate across client service, delivery, analytics, and product teams
- Ensure data quality, security, and reliability through QA and encryption
- Drive automation and innovation to improve data assets and processes
- Support multiple client engagements in a cross-functional, agile setup
