This role is with the SHaPE Software Delivery team, requiring collaboration with global teams and stakeholders. Expect travel up to 75% when needed and a strong emphasis on automation and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 1+ years of professional experience across teams with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, Databricks, and data/BI tools; Python experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; capable of handling fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with travel up to 75% when needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support scalable, high-quality analytics solutions on a secure data platform.
• Ingest, transfer, and model client data while ensuring data quality and security.
• Collaborate across client services, delivery teams, and product teams to enable analytics use cases.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and structured data models for analytics.
• Contribute to problem-solving sessions and drive automation and process improvements.
