Job summary

WestCare Kentucky is seeking a Data Coordinator/Expansion & Outreach in Pikeville to maintain the EMR, conduct basic analyses, and track clients. You will engage clients and conduct follow-ups while supporting program evaluation efforts.

The role requires at least 1 year in human services, strong data skills in Word/Excel, and ability to work across multiple programs. Office-based with some travel, full-time position.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a human services role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office required.
• Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g. standardized instruments, surveys, information obtained from database).
• Ability to create databases in Excel, SPSS, etc.
• Basic understanding of statistical data and variable construction.
• Familiarity with basic graphic programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret basic statistics.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to organize, handle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects baseline, discharge, and follow-up data on clients for the Research and Evaluation Team.
• Develops and enters data into statistical databases.
• Enters information into the EMR and maintains data quality.
• Monitors data collection processes and coordinates data management.
• Maintains tracking and follow-up logs for all clients.
• Interacts with clients and administers client surveys.
• Performs chart audits and maintains evaluation files.
• Produces reports for leadership as needed.
• Provides feedback on data collection and goal attainment.
• Travels between programs to inform clients about services.
