Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; relevant outreach experience preferred.
• 2-4 years outreach experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Experience with community outreach, marketing, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategy and referral network data base.
• Maintain referral data base and report to Regional Vice President.
• Source and recruit treatment candidates via social media, telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings with stakeholders.
• Build influential stakeholder relationships and provide analytical recruiting reports to leadership.
