Job summary

Jhpiego in India is seeking a Data Coordinator to anchor MERL activities at the state level, based in Bhopal. You will support timely collection, validation, entry, and reporting of program data, maintaining accurate NCD data and following up on data gaps with facilities and teams.

The role requires multitasking, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and data tools. You will compile dashboards, support data reviews, and help produce routine reports for state and district

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with IT/ Computing background preferred.
Minimum two years of experience handling public health data.
Experience with INGO/government health programs is a plus.
Experience developing data tools for public health data is desirable.
Familiarity with HMIS, AB-HWC, NIKSHAY, ANMOL portals.
Advanced Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate data collection from facilities and follow up to improve completeness.
Enter, validate, and clean data using prescribed formats and checks.
Conduct data quality checks and maintain backups and logs.
Support configuration and maintenance of data databases and platforms.
Assist in preparing tables, charts, and routine reports for projects.
Support state-level NCD data compilation and review activities.
