Job summary

The Climate Action Campaign (CAC) is seeking a Data Coordinator to support the analytics team in ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting. The role involves diving into problems with creativity to find solutions and will report to the Director of Analytics.

Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, assisting with data collection and analysis, leading training sessions for partner organizations, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data issues and fix them.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity by monitoring incoming data, identifying issues, and collaborating to resolve problems.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and presentation to Executive Staff and external partners.
• Lead training sessions for partner organizations on reporting systems.
• Make minor updates to the reporting system as needed.
• Coordinate patch-through phone programs with partner organizations and vendors.
