Job summary

Copeland LP, a global climate technologies company, seeks a Data Analyst to design, develop, and support reporting and analytics across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. You will partner with stakeholders to understand needs, build dashboards, and deliver insights using Oracle ERP, Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.

In this role you will translate complex data into actionable business recommendations, ensure data accuracy, and support the transition from Tableau to Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in data analytics, BI, reporting, or related role.
• Experience building reports/dashboards using Sigma/Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience with enterprise data and ERP systems.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from users across multiple areas.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from Oracle ERP, Snowflake, and other applications.
• Develop reporting solutions supporting operations, supply chain, inventory, and management decisions.
• Create executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Monitor and enhance existing reporting solutions for performance and usability.
• Support migration from Tableau to Sigma reporting platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
• Prioritize multiple reporting requests and manage stakeholder needs.
• Document reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on analytics initiatives.
