  • Track KPIs, KAIs, readiness metrics, and glide paths.
  • Analyze program status to identify risks and recovery opportunities.
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams.
  • Develop executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Maintain launch databases and program documentation.
  • Lead Workplace Integration (WPI) processes and reviews.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, driving process improvements, and collaborating across multiple business functions.

As a Data Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting vehicle launch activities by tracking program performance, maintaining reporting systems, and delivering actionable insights that help leadership make informed decisions. This position offers the chance to work alongside engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and program management teams while contributing to the successful launch of new vehicle programs.

What’s the Job?
  • Coordinate and maintain vehicle launch timing plans, milestone schedules, and program tracking systems throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Track and report launch KPIs, KAIs, readiness metrics, and glide paths to monitor program performance.
  • Conduct milestone assessments and analyze program status to identify risks, schedule variances, and recovery opportunities.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and visual management tools.
  • Monitor launch timing, deliverables, action items, and Plan-versus-Actual performance metrics.
  • Maintain centralized launch databases, reporting systems, and program documentation.
  • Lead and administer Workplace Integration (WPI) processes and stakeholder reviews.
  • Manage WPI room activities, meetings, and maintenance of the MCE application.
  • Drive stakeholder accountability and support program execution activities.
  • Develop reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support Lean-based continuous improvement efforts to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with pilot builds, launch events, production readiness activities, and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Planning, Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Production Operations, and Program Management teams.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present information effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting automotive launches, production startup activities, or launch readiness reviews.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of manufacturing operations, launch management processes, and production readiness requirements.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
