Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Coordinator in Toledo, OH to support vehicle launch programs by tracking performance, maintaining reporting systems, and delivering actionable insights for leadership.

You will develop executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management to drive Lean initiatives and improve launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: 2+ years in automotive manufacturing.
• Preferred: Experience supporting automotive launches and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain vehicle launch timing plans, milestone schedules, and program tracking systems.
• Track and report launch KPIs, KAIs, readiness metrics, and glide paths.
• Conduct milestone assessments and analyze program status for risks and variances.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visual tools.
• Monitor launch timing, deliverables, and Plan-versus-Actual performance.
