Job Summary Data Conversion Specialist (Digital Realty)

Must Haves :

1. ETL / ELT Processes :

• Extensive experience with Extract, Transform, and Load processes across enterprise platforms.

2. Data Modeling :

• Strong understanding of data structures and relationships; hands-on experience working with large enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle CPQ).

3. Database Scripting :

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and other scripting languages for data manipulation and migration.

4. Data Migration Tools :

• Experience using data migration tools within Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle CPQ, and ERP environments.

5. Data Validation :

• Demonstrated ability in data validation techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity, including creation of reconciliation and validation reports.

6. Testing & Problem Solving :

• Experience in performing conversion testing, identifying, and resolving data-related issues.

7. Communication :

• Excellent (10 / 10) verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

8. Documentation :

• Ability to document conversion processes, best practices, and create user-facing reports / dashboards for communication and progress tracking.
• Skilled in leading collaborative efforts with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and peers to accurately capture requirements and drive solutions.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience integrating and migrating data between Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle CPQ, and ERP systems in previous roles (specify which job / role this was performed in).
• Remote work experience and ability to work independently.
• Previous contracting or project-based roles with a focus on enterprise data migration / integration.
• Must be US Citizen, Green Card, H4, or TN Visa.
• Dallas, TX preferred, but 100% remote available.
