Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead data conversion initiatives within the Stock Plan Services team. You will manage requirements gathering through successful production load, building strong partnerships with clients and vendors.

The role demands balancing multiple priorities, clear communication with sponsors and senior management, and collaboration with Workplace Investing teams to improve capabilities. Prior experience in data-centric projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project coordination and delivery experience.
• Client-facing experience.
• Equity compensation knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Mainframe and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• BS/BA Degree in Business Management or Computer Science preferred.
• Proven project management and process skills within data-centric projects.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools.
• Critical thinker with sound decision-making skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly.
• Demonstrates adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation and conversion of client data from requirements gathering to production load.
• Manage end-to-end data conversion processes.
• Build partnerships with business partners, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Balance multiple assignments and priorities effectively.
• Communicate project status and technology issues to sponsors, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Collaborate with Workplace Investing management teams to share approaches and develop solutions.
