Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to convert defined contribution plans to Fidelity or modify existing client plans.
• Develop project timelines and ensure team members complete requirements on time.
• Monitor and report project status to stakeholders.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and balance business goals and priorities.
