Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an accounting role or related experience beyond general office experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and timely records of delinquent and current accounts.
• Reviews documents to ensure data format accuracy.
• Edits employer billings for non-monetary discrepancies.
• Coordinates with departments, union reps, attorneys, auditors and others.
• Keeps Trust Specific Procedure Manual up to date.
• Uses computer and phone systems to perform essential functions.
