Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.

• Proven ability to maintain accuracy and organize workload.

Responsibilities

• Balance self-pay remittances and reports with accurate data entry.
• Learn and maintain self-pay billing rate files.
• Communicate discrepancies with remittances to outside parties.
• Monitor and maintain self-pay delinquencies and collection matters.
• Provide customer service via written and telephonic communication.
• Work independently and as part of a productive team; support others.
• Assist in duties for the Data Controller role as trainee progresses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
