Job summary

Meals on Wheels Orange County is seeking a Data and Compliance Manager to lead enterprise data management, reporting, and compliance. You will develop a centralized data support function, improve data quality, and establish standards across departments while supporting a multi-year data and technology initiative.

You will collaborate with an outside Project Manager, coordinate staff participation, and translate needs into practical processes and tools that enhance program outcomes and impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in data management, compliance, reporting, analytics, or related work.
• Experience improving organizational data, reporting, compliance, or business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to make complex information understandable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular data analysis and reporting functions across the organization.
• Build a centralized approach to organizational data support and reporting.
• Inventory and map key systems, data sources, reports, workflows, and ownership.
• Establish consistent data definitions, documentation, and quality standards.
• Improve data accuracy and reduce duplicate entry and manual reporting.
• Coordinate dashboards and recurring reports for decision-making.
