Job summary

Meals on Wheels Orange County in Anaheim, CA is seeking a full-time program coordinator to manage enrollment, data entry, and coordination across partners for the CHOICE Restaurant and To-Go Pilot Program.

The role involves data entry, partner communications, and on-site coordination, with a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits. Strong MS Office and experience with ServTracker/WellSky are desirable, along with an Associate Degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred; comparable work experience considered.
• Able to work well with all ages, especially elderly people.
• Familiar with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and data tracking software.
• Read, interpret and implement regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enroll participants and assign meal cards; complete client data entry and assessments.
• Coordinate delivery of SeniorDine and TO-Go cards; prepare welcome packets.
• Verify meals in reporting systems and update data in WellSky as needed.
• Engage with CBOs to gather required documentation and provide status updates.
• Visit restaurants monthly to collect feedback and nutrition data; provide materials.
• Onboard new restaurants and CBOs; train on program manual and systems.
• Attend community events to promote the program and collect interest forms.
• Share program updates with CBOs and partners; support other department programs.
