Job summary

Meals on Wheels Orange County seeks a Data and Compliance Manager to lead organization-wide data management, reporting, compliance, and impact measurement. Initial focus includes building a centralized data support function, understanding systems, improving quality, and creating practical processes that enable accessible information for decision-making.

The role partners with the President & CEO and external consultants to turn recommendations into actionable processes, tools, and governance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Five or more years in data management, compliance, reporting, analytics, quality improvement, or related work.
Experience improving organizational data, reporting, compliance, or business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead regular data analysis and reporting functions across the organization.
Build a centralized approach to organizational data support and reporting.
Inventory and map key systems, data sources, reports, workflows, and ownership.
Establish consistent data definitions, documentation, and quality standards.
Improve data accuracy and consistency while reducing duplicate entry and manual reporting.
Coordinate dashboards and recurring reports for staff and leadership.
