Job summary

State of Indiana is seeking a Data Collection Admin Staff to support the Department of Correction’s sex and violent offender registration responsibilities. The role involves collecting and analyzing court documents, data entry, and liaison with law enforcement agencies.

Incumbent reports to the Sex and Violent Offender Registration and Victim Services Division, with an onsite location at the Indiana Govt. Center South in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Broad experience with data collection and data entry.
• Broad knowledge of the Indiana Criminal Code.
• Thorough knowledge of the Department of Correction and Criminal Justice System.

Responsibilities

• Research and collect court documents.
• Analyze and interpret the documents collected.
• Communicate with local and state law enforcement agencies.
• Enter data into a designated web portal and data systems.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Division Staff.
