• Organization Skills — able to keep files, labels, and printed reports neat and easy to find.
• Time Management — able to complete tasks on time and manage multiple small assignments.
• Confidentiality — must protect student information and follow TRIO SSS privacy guidelines.
• Communication Skills — able to ask questions, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with staff.
• Reliability — must show up on time and complete assigned tasks consistently.
• Professionalism — respectful, responsible, and able to work in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter student data into the Blumen system and track coaching sessions, tutoring meetings, workshops, and events.
• Grade workshops and orientations in Blackboard and enter results into Blumen.
• Print reports, create and organize student profiles, and maintain files.
• Make reservations through Mazevo and TEC to support program activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
