Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 5-14 years of Start-Up and Commissioning experience in the data centre and/or life sciences industry.
• Understanding of GMPs and GDPs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop Start-Up and Commissioning plans and execution strategies.
• Lead system start-up and commissioning plans for black utilities and HVAC.
• Generate and execute Start-Up and Commissioning documents per GDPs.
• Start up equipment safely and effectively.
• Facilitate meetings for the start-up team.
• Maintain action item lists and engineering change logs.
• Provide technical input and coordination with OEM service technicians.
• Coordinate with construction management firms as needed.
• Apply engineering knowledge of HVAC, black utilities, instrumentation, controls, and automation.
