Job summary

Daksta is seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to lead detailed schedules for data centre projects, using Primavera P6 to drive on-time delivery. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

You will monitor progress, perform critical path analyses, and present reports while maintaining strong project controls and risk mitigation practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in data centre or construction environments.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling methods, and critical path analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• PMI-SP or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules aligned with milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather data and provide scheduling insights.
• Analyze project performance and recommend timeline and resource optimizations.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or risks proactively and propose mitigations.
• Support project reporting with detailed schedule documentation.
