Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior Scheduler for its Advanced Technology team. You will create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to reflect scope, milestones, and deliverables.

You will monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations, generating reports that highlight critical path, resource usage, and schedule variance to enable timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling for advanced technology or complex projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, critical path methodology, and resource planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in project scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update project schedules, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and dependencies are accurately represented.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather updates on progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate and distribute detailed schedule reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
• Participate in project meetings to provide scheduling insights and support decision-making processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all scheduling activities.
